Daily rates include: use of facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, daily cleaning, final cleaning, welcome gift.

Daily rates do not include: wine selection, bar, cigars, and all additional services.

Pets are allowed, upon request.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

Events are allowed, upon request.

All additional services upon request prior to your arrival.

Towels, bed linen and tablecloths are all provided. Towels are changed on a daily basis while linen is changed every 3-4 days.

Minimum stay is 5 days, but exceptions can be made depending on the season.

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Car is essential.

Due to the specific architecture, stairs and fence design, the house is not suitable for small children, ie small children should be supervised at all times.

€200 refundable security deposit is requested in cash and will be returned after departure inspection.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and a final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel your booking at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date we will return your advance payment. If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks prior to your arrival we will not be able to return your advance payment or any other payment for that matter.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation.

If you would like to cancel your reservation and reschedule it for another period, we will do our best to satisfy your demands. If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.

All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

The entire agreed rental fee must be paid even if the property is used by less people that you indicated when making the booking or your party does not use the property for the full period indicated when making the booking.

By confirming your booking and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
